Is there an automated way to find and follow folks I followed on Twitter?

@Tomholmes2016 No to the first and yes to the second - you have to put your twitter account on your profile page - you can see where I put mine on my account.

In your profile you can mention your Twitter handle in your bio, but there's no way to automatically follow friends from Twitter. However, you can use the search feature to look for them. Follows aren't as big a deal here as they are on twitter, so don't be hurt or insulted if people don't follow you back. There's no popularity contests here. We just post about topics of interest, respect each other, and enjoy the lack of trolls, ads and bullshit.
I and others have posed that question but have not seen any answers.

No there isn't an automated way. It's not so bad searching a username here or there while you are meeting all us CoSoNauts. After all, this isn't Twitter, so we hope you can create something new and wonderful here.
@Tomholmes2016 I don't think so. we should organize a hashtag for that. like #UsedToBe or something.
