I just wish I knew how much the creatine is playing a factor. Like I said. Definitely not frustrated. Because if it's helping my pain and I'm not sucking down aspirin/ibuprofen, I'll def take some of that water weight.
I also know a few things I ate this week played a factor. I'm not gonna give up things I like and I am using moderation but I'm sure a late night McDonald's run didn't help matters 😂😂😂
@redenigma I know but I'm pushing for 3-4. Don't get me wrong , like I said. Def not complaining. But like anything else nothing wrong with setting the bar high .

@Timmah1979 remember, if you're building muscle, & losing fat, your weight isn't the most important thing to worry about.
losing 1 or 2 pounds/week is actually good progress
