What's the over/under that threads becomes an ad/censorship/bot hell within a month. Zuck is already gloating 10mil signups in 7 hours or something along those lines.

@Timmah1979 yeah, I know they'll be ads eventually, I meant it more along the lines that I was surprised that they didn't have advertising lined up and ready to go the minute they pushed the go live button
@Timmah1979 The news just said 30mil but it also pointed out that if you are on FB/Insta, you can quickly opt in and auto add everyone you follow/follows you who has signed up so it ramps up quickly.

@Timmah1979 Yeah. I haven't checked it out. Don't intend to but they were interviewing some techy guy that explained why it was blowing up so fast.
@Timmah1979 Majority of those numbers were companies & celebrities shifting their Insta accounts over.
Currently it's an unfiltered mess but one unlikely to break under it's own weight, unlike Twitter.
Personally, I'm avoiding it.
