Finally had the 3rd and final pre-cancerous mole removal done 2 weeks ago. I was cleared to return to my Muay Thai class today. But in the past 3 months I've missed 6 weeks of classes. And I absolutely hate that.
So, like Baz said in that infamous 90s song Wear Sunscreen.
@ExecutiveFunction404 I also have connect the dot skin, I've had close 10 now taken off of me over the years. My mom has had melanoma so I get checked a lot now. Glad you're keeping up with it.

Also, learn what suspicious moles look like.
Yesterday, I had my annual full body scan at the derm. I pointed out a mole that I noticed was asymmetrical. Could be new, may not be, idk...I'm like a connect the dots game, with transparent Irish skin to boot 🤷♀️
Turns out they want to keep an eye on it, so I have a followup in 4 months.
