Shhhh...don't tell my dermatologist that I'm still going to Mauy Thai class but I'm not using my right arm for anything so I don't tear out the stitches.

But also, I'm sort.of not using it. And so far it doesn't hurt any more or less so hopefully they are still intact. 🤷🏼‍♂️
