I have felt guilty every day I missed during my 14 day recovery.
Back at it tomorrow.
(I had a prepreprepre cancerous mole removed from my back with a 2 inch incision and stitches - I'm fine)
@CinnamonGirlE I have 2 more to get removed. But I'm spacing them out over the next 2 months so I don't miss too much training.

Just had a basal cell removed this week myself. I am missing the gym myself the past few days. Back at it this week and no harm done, except "missing".
Glad your surgery is finished.
