Tonight, I made a 10 minute one pot Tuscan salmon dish with fresh Swiss chard and tomatoes from the garden, cannellini beans, mushrooms, minced garlic, white wine, lemon juice, and grated Parmesan, served over a scoop of black rice. Super easy, healthy, and delicious. 😋
@LaurelGreen Yep. We used the Member’s Mark canned salmon that’s much higher quality and bone free.
