Crime.
Whine when called out.
Crime moar.
Gaslight.
Crime bigly.
Ask rubes to pay legal bills.
Be loud and awful.
Threaten anyone who doesn't capitulate.
Crime again.
Make bank.

Repeat and repeat until everyone who opposes gets too exhausted to pay attention anymore.
