Saw someone on Twitter LOLing about the hypocrisy of paying $4.99/month here and getting a check by your name, saying it’s the same as Elon’s deal just $4 less. Ugh.
It’s not the same—first off no bad actors allowed here (trolls, bots, Russia…China…for example). Second off, no drama. 3rd, no ads. And finally it’s not lining anyone’s bank acct. it’s crowdfunding to keep this place like that.
