Friday shortly before 11 o'clock I smoked my last cigarette. Since then I have not touched any tobacco. Not with nicotine patches, hypnosis, non-smoking app, etc. I have done it so far. But with pure willpower. I wonder why I was a slave to the cigarette for so long.
