@WhoopassGirl Thank you. I believe so too 🙏 My parents gave me video games and a dog and left me to my own devices and really, in retrospect that was likely for the better.

Hitting rock bottom is really humbling. I'm stuck with next to nothing out in the middle of nowhere, which sucks, but on the plus side, "it's not until we've lost everything that we're free to do anything".

As far as I can tell you seem to have bounced back well enough yourself. Or are getting there at least.
