So I see a new bbq place in an old neighborhood offering Philly cheesesteaks, which I’ve not had in years... I go inside and the decor is cowboy themed. I place an order, get sticker shock and then see a picture of Custer, next to a sign that reads “vegetarian: an old Indian word for bad hunter” . When my order finally arrives it’s a hot roast beef sandwich.
