@Tacitus_Kilgore Unsolicited advice? Feel the feelings when they arise, but try not to ruminate... emotions like anger and frustration are like a subway train, only helpful when they keep flowing (but don't do a damn thing for us when they get stuck)
@MediocreTheropod I'm still putting one foot in front of the other, I'm just taking smaller steps. There's a lot of anger and for it to be released all at once would not be good.💙☮🙏
@Tacitus_Kilgore Suppose one could say (about pretty much anything in life) it's all about finding a balance eh? When I feel my frustration rising, I like to look for something that reminds me there is still good out there lest I fall into a feedback loop that reinforces gravitating only toward what I find rage-inducing. Not to ignore the problems but rather to put them into perspective so they don't consume my every waking moment and turn me bitter.
