I need a good today. I flew through When Among Crows by Veronica Roth yesterday. Started it at work, ended just before bed. I loved the story. I loved the satisfaction of reading it so swiftly. But I would definitely also have enjoyed it if it were 200 pages+ longer. It’s not that I didn’t think the characters were developed enough—they were. I just wanted more of them and more of them and the badass world-building.

@MotherDucker Look up Charles De Lint. My favorite is Moonheart. I've probably read that 20 times. Jack of Kinrowan is a good one too.
