Another reason to love the PNW... and yes, I know the conservative wing of the Supreme Court will likely give it similar treatment to Colorado in order to protect their dear leader... but it'll be interesting to watch these cases drop once the RNC officially nominates the felon.

@Synical Ah, but people in Washington, as in all other states, are actually voting for Presidential ELECTORS. The same applies in Ohio. Time for the people in charge there to read the Constitution.
@KamloopsBob Guess it's a good thing that WA state is "winner take-all" state. The candidate that receives the most votes is entitled to all of WA's electoral votes.
And as of 2019, electors must agree to serve and mark ballots for the candidate of the party that designated them. If they mark a ballot for someone else or leave it blank, they are replaced by an alternate.
