@phase2 @HackingDave I haven't gotten as far as monitoring calorie intake, so you're definitely ahead of me there. One thing I noticed that helped me, was looking for low/no-sugar varieties of items. I was honestly shocked at how many workout products had 20-30% of recommended daily sugar added to them!
Stuff like no-sugar added Greek Yogurt (I'm partial to the Chobani berry flavor) also helped when I tried moving to smaller meal portions with more protein heavy snacks.
