@phase2 If @HackingDave still checks in every now and then, he implemented a workout/dietary regimen not long ago with amazing results, though I believe it's focused primarily towards males.

I'm the farthest thing from an expert, and stick to trying to increase protein intake and reduce carbs when increasing my exercise tempo. That's generally with the goal of cutting weight, though, so YMMV depending on what your goals are. You got this!
