Interesting opinion piece. For me, it illustrates perfectly why the Dems keep getting hammered on the messaging front. Extrapolate the concept that "since the DOJ didn't charge or even investigate, they are fine with everything we did!", and apply that to other areas of interest. In football terms, it feels like the Dems gained "control" (sort of, see the U.S. Senate), and promptly decided to go with the much-maligned "Prevent" defense.
