@GentlyFeral Those are certainly worthy of that, and you have my sincerest sympathies you had those experiences.

Nothing like that has happened in either of the two different families I’m referring to.

I myself told my bio dad I couldn’t speak with him anymore because of his abuse of me. Yet, if he contacted me now I would still take the initial call and determine for myself if he was being sincere or abusive and discontinue contact if warranted.
