Some happy news! My flat tire is completely covered under warranty and the tire shop is replacing the lug nuts that were stripped. Car should be ready tomorrow. When the guy called to give me the news, his first question was whether I was ok. (I was calm and polite but obviously angry when I got my car to the shop this am.)

So this shop will be keeping my business ongoing. They stepped up and are making things right.
