Goal of 30 different plant foods this week

I’m super happy at the moment, my veggie scramble seasoned with Thai sweet chili sauce has me off to a great start on my goal this week. The chili sauce has 5 different plants in it plus the spinach, white mushrooms, and red peppers with a small cup brown of orange juice has me almost a third of the way there with just the one meal. Hooray for gut biome health 😀
