Ok…so as a reminder…mostly vegan is not a thing…it’s virtue signaling.

@Thumprhare yeah. I have lots of friends from India and have learned there are even more strict vegetarian levels "true veg" that won't eat garlic or onion because it takes the whole plant. It seems logical in the sense of keeping things living. I'm definitely omnivore.

@Thumprhare shhh. It's not my job to say that. They eat potatoes and carrots. I just learn and ensure if I cook for anyone let them know what is 'safe'.
