hmm it appears to have failed without an error message.
it was a 1 minute, 21MB .mp4 file - using h264 encoding, yuv420p pixel format. Not sure why that'd fail.

@dannotdaniel it could still be one of the final touches needing tuning. and I see Cher just posted about 521s and 520s which usually means @th3j35t3r is under the hood.
