@Soultender I count 11 active Kaliber carriers, including subs, and as far as I know all are still active.
Kaliber missiles are expensive as well as difficult and time consuming to produce. I think that production of those may actually be halted for lack of key materials (sanctions). It's unknown how many Russia had stockpiled pre-war, but it wasn't many (less than 1000).
Short of sinking the ships/subs that carry them, the Kaliber is vulnerable most anti-aircraft missiles.
