@Sophronisba @th3j35t3r Mass layoffs generally require I think 30 days notice. If the employer fails to do that, they have to provide wages and benefits for 30 days. Bonuses and stock awards generally aren't wages, though, so while people may get paid, they might be due any annual bonus or stock award. There are exceptions for disasters, but this doesn't fit that case.
