@Mydoggyruss no. It’s still a kind of wheat but it tends to be easier to digest for a lot of people. I’m seeing how it does for me, as wheat gives me skin issues. I’m trying to avoid learning gluten free. Haha.

@Snarkysteff I’m allergic to wheat. I ate it for years with no problem, now I get a puffy face. Bleah. There are GREAT alternatives to wheat now! Rice flour, almond flour (great for baking), oat flour, coconut flour, etc. King Arthur and Bob’s Red Mill are 1:1 flours. Just substitute for wheat flour. Trader Joe’s gluten-free mini cupcakes are TDF. Cauliflower and rice flour pizza crusts are thin and crispy. Or you can make a crust out of riced cauliflower and Parmesan. Delicious.
