Trying new stuff. I have bad rosacea and have learned lately that wheat triggers it. So, I’m baking with spelt.
Last night I made tasty manchego spelt biscuits and baked some spelt sourdough bread. This morning, I finally tried the bread. If this is good for my skin, it’ll be a game changer. Very stoked. #bread #baking

@Snarkysteff i'm so glad you figured out the triggers and can avoid them! I had a problem with eczema on my face years ago, and although it wasn't food related i can certainly empathize.
