@Siren_six unfortunately, this does not matter. It will exist outside the government as an advisory entity. So Trump will probably do the bidding of his billionaire buddies. Depending on his whim that day and how much it will "own the libs." Just as Putin is not in the government but expect Trump to do his bidding too
