90 missiles were sea launched. 20 of those belonged to the UK and 16 were French. The remainder (54) were USN Block III Tomahawk TLAM-C, initial purchase price in the early 1990's est $900,000 each, upgrades since then estimated at around $200,000 each.
The USN is not responsible for power in Puerto Rico or clean water in Flint, Michigan. The responsibility for those issues rests squarely on corrupt local Democrat politicians.
