I'm old enough to remember the USS Cole attack and the 1998 U.S. embassy bombings in Africa. Last week Trump removed Sudan from the Terrorist List to broker a deal involving Israeli settlements in Trump's Middle East peace deal. The US seems to be conceding quite a bit. The WH used Sudan's regime change as a catalyst to lift sanctions.
