I’ve been trying bar shampoos and kinda impulse bought this at the co-op and my haven’t been trimmed since 2019 crunchy ends are so soft. 🥰

@Shelleyaw123 I’d say thick hair that gets crunchy when old? Probably more on the dry side. If that makes sense.
