[sifu spoke hardly any english & was devout buddhist]
@Altraider - Never actively learned or practiced but have a strong appreciation as more an exercise, discipline, spiritual, and wellbeing activity. And last resort, personal defense. Some of the better Chinese movies try to convey these aspects and leave, I think, the better impression of how we should regard it.
