NextDoor is full of them, isn't it?

The site is handy for home repair business references and city notices. But there's an inordinate amount of complainers.

I never will forget the "neighbors" who complained about people parking in front of their house.

When it was pointed out that people can indeed park where they wish on a public street, that was cause for them to get mad. 😅
