Take this scenario into consideration:
November comes, Election is over, Biden is declared the winner. Before Trump can even take to truth social, Biden sends a military strike force to his campaign headquarters, arrests everyone there and coordinates a national raid of all his surrogates including Right wing media.
He proclaims it is part of his official duties as president to protect the nation. He does this, right from in front of the Supreme Court.
Is the point made then?
@SentinelOfTruth He's gotta fix the SCOTUS first, so when all the Official Actions come up through the appellate courts they get ruled official. Right now he would be charged for unofficial acts.
