The tiny adult feral kitty let me touch his back outside last night. He was still calling out to me after I put his food and water out, so I went outside and talked to him. He stretched his little front paws over and over when I did. He kept coming closer while I was talking to him.

He seems to be starved for companionship. He's an adult cat that's the size of a very young cat. I think he's lived alone outside after leaving Mom's care. He's lived in a drain pipe next to the road. Pic's next.
