Experts think that Jack Smith made the fed. election interference case against Trump stronger in his superseding indictment as it is now compliant w. the SC's ruling. He appealed the dismissal of his other case against Trump over classified docs in FL, tweaked the charges to remove references that Trump tried to order the DoJ to carry out corrupt acts to obstruct the election w/c couldn't be proven under the SC's ruling because they rely on evidence that is immune from review.

@JV3MJD I have very limited knowledge about Jack Smith, so this is just my impression. He was a fantastic choice to handle these charges against Trump. He is quiet, doesn’t show up all over my News articles as the headline. He is solid in his strategy without letting emotion give away his plans. Smart and thoughtful, nothing whimsical about his game face. Trump would feed on anything he could latch on to, Smith only gives what is needed.
