I’ve never understood why Americans who aren’t rich vote for the GOP. Since slick tongued Ronnie Raygun became #POTUS in 1980, the GOP has failed to do anything for we the people. They always cut taxes for the rich and stick us with the debt. Why do they equate being poor with criminality when they created more poor people based on their evil policies?

@GeorgeVotesBlue GOP always funded the military and built it up. Cold War always made people nervous. The low income white population depended more on the church than the states in the south. To them liberals were from the devil. The states played racial division against each other to stay in office. Just my opinion though.
