Jim Jordan subpoenaed Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra, demanding case files for a number of illegal immigrants crossing into the U.S. The said files, were given to Jordan weeks ago. A HHS spokesperson accused House GOPs of "...false pretense for a subpoena while still refusing to take action on immigration reform and border security."
