Vacillating between rage & tears today.
My back hurts. Whining to anyone who will listen. Tried to cancel PT but they wouldn’t let me.
Grateful for good medical resources. Wondering how long before they are taken away?
Maybe I just need sleep. Or a new country?

@LnzyHou On PT off and on for years. Finally coming to conclusion I shouldn't let up when it feels better.
And I get to have an MRI every six months for the foreseeable future to watch a growth hopefully not grow. None so far for 18 months.
Surgeon said it "probably was a benign cyst" but watch it.
I feel your pain. But motion is medicine! (Keep repeating that until you believe it; not there yet personally. )
