@UmbaSaffire @DavidKMresists Yeah, some people even have completely different symptoms, though most seem to develop like a cold.
The difference with flu was flu hit all at once. Covid gave me a false sense of confidence coming on gradually. At first, it really was just like a cold. But it ramped up.
My problem with generalization is anti-vax people use it as well. "I had it and it wasn't too bad so everyone else is just blowing it our of proportion."
@UmbaSaffire @DavidKMresists Vaxxed or not, MOST people recover okay. It is just rolling the dice not to protect yourself as much as possible from hospitalization or long Covid.
Hell, there were DOCTORS prescribing Ivermectin to patients after it was proven ineffective. All their patients recovered so they claimed success. (All of them would have recovered without it as well.)
Maybe some of them had scabies as well and it helped that.
