Oh joy, a new breach alert yesterday from ATT.
Is it weird I have become numb to these notifications? It seems to come up every few months from somewhere.
All the precautions in the world I can take don't protect me from another giant corporation with my information being breached.
Since the Experian breach, they have all the info in on everyone, I just presume all my key information is out there in the wild all the time.
Tally them all up. Must have everybody by now.
@AskTheDevil Between Experian, ATT, Yahoo, T-Mobile, Verizon I'd wager it approaches 4 of 5 rather than 1 in 5.
Betting every case has a trail in emails of officers cutting costs on security, too.
@S_r_stone Yes, but they won't be happy until they have _everything_ about everybody, so it doesn't belong to everybody any more.
These companies don't even act like it's _our_ shit that gets stole, they act like when our data is breached, they are the wronged party.
We took that data fair and square!
