The wealth disparity across class isn't a secret to many who have paid attention. Kids of wealthy Boomers and Gen X will remain wealthy.
That class part is well known. The inability to acquire wealth you don't inherit is the generational issue.
I read the article. Coincidentally some anecdotes bring up the issue of Boomer wealth being consumed by medical expenses.
"The big picture" would include class perspective and the difficulty to acquire (uninherited) wealth of Gen Z.
