Live sustainably as best we can, make phone calls and write and visit elected representatives, and let the world know what we want and believe. Don't give up. @ShaneArtBooks This resonates with me so much. I'm in a personal and mental place where whatever happens on 11/5 doesn't really nick me personally one way or the other. I worry about my developmentally disabled son. DonOld would throw him in the trash bin. I won't let that happen.
@SSNBubblehead No, it's not acceptable to "throw away" the disabled. They have a lot to contribute. And I should add that I had a disabled son, too (he went over the Rainbow Bridge when he was nine years old). Believe me, I'll pitch a fit if anyone tries to toss them away.
