Give 'em a day or two. Then @potus must invoke the #TaftHartley Act to force both sides back to the table, and get workers back on the job while negotiations continue. This is a national security issue of the highest order.
Biden says he won’t Taft-Hartley them, though.
@InUnfunky I really don't think he has much of a choice at this point. This needs to be communicated to both the union members and to port management. "You open the ports, or I will." No fncking around or mincing words.
@SSNBubblehead Biden says he doesn't believe in TaftHartley Act... I think his is a real problem.
