🎉 Had a 2 yo dehumidifier crap out on me, wrote the company and they are sending a new one right away! They had me send short video of it and won't require I send the broken one back. I'm way too excited for something to be resolved quickly and sensibly. 😂
@SPFX I'm surprised to hear that. That makes me assume they are aware of a defect in their own equipment.
