Anyone have any thoughts on how to address this situation? My upstairs neighbor and I share the trash bin. Everyday he puts the little dog poo bag in it. When the trash is picked up all the little bags stay on the bottom and never make it in the garbage truck. The neighbor is easily annoyed so I'd rather not get into a ruff with him. Ideas?

@SPFX are these cans that get dumped out by a sanitation worker? I work streets and sanitation for Chicago. So we have big garbage cans that we put on flippers and the trash gets dumped into our hopper while the can stays on the flipper. If it's that simple where you're at, then I feel kitty litter is the best option. Depending on your cans, a garbage bag might not be big enough.

@grdhdz Our sanitation workers dump by hand as they walk along. I also am embarrassed to leave it like that for them. Like I'm sure they have enough shit to deal with let alone the real deal. I wish my neighbor had the awareness to do something like I set up. I use pellet litter for kitties so poop goes into a bag knotted and then put it in sealed lined bin, in the house, then I take it out on garbage night all wrapped up together. No smell, no flies or grossness. smh
