Pre cooked breakfast sausage and parmesan cheese... better than I expected. 🤔

We have his and hers walk in closets that are part of the #remodel because of the floors, their baseboards and walls.

Prior to this. The closet was suffocating because of the shelf system added to it. Most of which stayed empty or held clothes now delivered to donation.

At least for mine, I'm thinking of keeping the shelving off... fitting with the theme of "opening and brightening up" the spaces.

Has anyone done this? REMOVED the shelving?

#Remodeling #Remodel Update...

There have been a few decisions that had to be made, split between my wife and me, as the project unfolded. We were lucky to be here for them. Also, working around the noise was managed.

The workers were an all hispanic crew. I expected nothing else and really nothing less.

It was great working with them, but also, I hope to never see them working on our house again after today. 🙂

My non-workout mornings feel like a day off.

I get 30 minutes more of wake and medicate and caffeinate.

...30 minutes less of "Ugh, WHY?!" 😂

#Remodel

There was significant progress today with nearly all of the tile in the master bath laid down. They will be back tomorrow to finish and polish.

There is enough to be pleased.

My new door to the old hallway gets put in tomorrow along with cabinets and painting.

Tonight we must decide. Go white in the matter bath with all new paint or keep the same color.

The fact that we are dealing with global warming, fascism, terrorism racism and anti semitism in the 21st Century makes me happy for the earth when we are finally gone.

I love the idea behind project underdog.

I might do this once my current canine companion passes.
