Just more antidote to current events stuff...
I ordered the three pack which comes with this nice little bag.

I just made some decisions on grout color without my wife.

Our house is the noisiest house in the neighborhood for a change.
Drilling grinding, power driven noise emanates from the garage and the master bath at the same tme.
Not just a spectacle, a cacophony.
Though I missed my weights today, it's been a delightful Friday.
Great news too that I'll finally be getting overhead garage storage (I fired the last company which failed). It pays to hire PROS.
Tomorrow morning we load up that storage clearing the garage floor for stripping and re-epoxy.

The new master bath is bright and white and yes, ugh...gray.

The #Remodeling continues well. The shower tiles and floor are in with drywall and paint today.
Saturday will see our new floors go in and Sunday we all rest. Early next we get the new cabinetry work done in the master bath, I get my MBR door to the office and the laundry room gets one step closer to Pottery Barn-esque.
My wife and I have had a few testy words but otherwise, our marriage is doing fine
even with all of this disruption. ;-)
We'll be celebrating our bond this weekend! 24!

I know my mood now and why.
At 58, I am seeing the culmination of life's plans, even new ones born of the marriage difficulties last year. MY career, our home, our children, and our next move are the results of compounded successes as a COUPLE .
My mood has turned to my legacy. These remodels of this home and the work we both do will be an ephenlmeral pride and then nothing .
Still, I will be able to say to God, "Thanks! I made the most of my time here."
