I haven't worked out since Wednesday.

But, I have bags of donation items and garbage. My wife is working at the office because is all the nose at home. She committed to doing her own cleanup. 😏

With all the suitcases pulled out of the closets, it's time to donate a few full ones.

There's clothes for different seasons and different sizes of me. There's shoes I'll never wear again. It's time to thank them for their service and say goodbye.

If there's one thing I love about change or preparing for it, it is this.

You might think I've been obsessing over the fate of the deceased doctor's house but the real story is ongoing.

Everything we treasured, treasure or will treasure will end up in a landfill, or turned to dust.

Stuff is nothing.

And now we're transitioning to less nothing.

Come September, we will have remodeled every room except the great room/hall, and garage

The garage is on the menu for a full makeover, but not sure when. Plus I want to replace the front doors.

One company wouldn't even talk to me unless I was going to live with the new doors for awhile. I guess they're selling art.

Yeah, $50K in upgrades for the house plus all the travel has left me spent out.

But we are prepared for whatever comes next.

We have one more chid in school finishing her senior year of ASU.

We have one child now looking for a job that AI Art has eliminated.

Our entire master bath area is unusable and there's so much pending work. The workers will show up this morning at 0700 and hammer, saw, and grind until 3:30.

The sauna room to double shower idea has been nixed. Extra $15K 🤔 ? Maybe. Extra two weeks? No.

Work has re-intensified for my wife. Summer is over.

Time to slide into fall.
