I've always found the "sweat out toxins" thing a dubious claim.

While the sweat forms rivers on my skin to drip to the bench and floor, I *feel* the benefits of FAR therapy that I can testify to, but toxin removal?

Some drug detox clinics seem to believe in its effectiveness so there *could* be something there.

Remodels, and more remodels.

Everywhere all around. Like the remodel of the Biltmore itself, the surrounding neighborhoods are getting their own updates.

The "old money" is dying out and "new money" is moving in. It's a renaissance.

All the venetian plaster, the arch and even the flooring will be gone by the time we get back from Costa Rica as part of the master bath remodel.

All of the unsightly awful drywall repairs will be gone. 😂

But at least for now, "I did it."

I completely the sauna room today by assembling the spa rack, and rehoming both the aroma therapy station and Pixel smart home station to that rack. I added the LED lights to a smart switch and put them on a schedule.

The grapevines will no longer fall.

@danielbsmith though I am no longer a believer, your voice and story are valued.

Yet, he's contacted me through LinkedIn about an employment opportunity. Given what he knew about me this can only mean a top spot.

I agreed to listen to what he had in mind...but it feels weird. I have it made where I'm at, why entertain moving at all?

It kind of feels like cheating life.

Meanwhile, my wife got an interview call with from a major corporation.

Yeah, "no change" would be nice but I don't see that happening.

A few hours later I'm enjoying cocktails in the American Express Centurion Lounge.

So many people have a platinum AMEX, that the AMEX had to change rules on guests because the lounges are overcrowded. Such was the case this day when our paths crossed agan. We chatted a bit, exchanged contact info and that was it.

I did PING him afterward through my work email address as a professional follow-up.

Months have since passed.
